Definitely not. This is some funny stuff from that certain hospital's management. In my hospital no one was even asking any questions. A friend came to visit me when I had contractions every 4 minutes with Anna (I wish they did not let her in!) and I had to talk to her between them. I can't imagine the situation, really can not, when anyone would ask you about the relation of your visitor. It's usually very polite and respectful here
